As i read th server rules, it didn't mentionde how many account can be create by 1 player!
So, I want to know may i create 2 account?

Yes you can have more than one account just page a Staff member to make it for you

I have looked thru the rules and I am unclear on the number of characters you are allowed to make on the 2 accounts ..is there a character limit or can more than 1 character be made per account ..my apologizes if I have missed this in the rules.
